ACCOMODATION INFORMATION

Linens: Red Oak Resort provides all sheets and towels in all units, but we do not supply pool or lake towels. To receive new linens, please bring all dirty items to the Main Office for exchange.
Toiletries: We provide extra Toilet Paper, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Packets and Hand Soap at the Main Office upon request.
Kitchenware: Red Oak Resort provides basic cookware & appliances including toaster, coffee pot, dishes, silverware, basic pots & pans set, and mixing bowl. Blenders and mixers are not supplied in the room. This does not include our basic motel rooms.
Departure: Please turn in your room keys to the Main Office at time of check out. Please place all dishes in the dishwasher before check out. Any missing or damaged items will be billed to your credit card.
If there are any maintenance problems during your stay, please contact the Main Office at (573) 873-9400 and we will be here to help you.

Pet Policy and Animal Service Regulations

We love our furry friends as much as you love yours. However, for the safety of our guests and staff, pets are not allowed at the resort, with the exception of service animals.

Lake Animal Hospital in Linn Creek, MO (573) 346-5733 is located near Red Oak Resort for boarding or care.
Upon departure if evidence of a pet is discovered in any of our properties without booking them, you will be charged a $200.00 fee. This fee will cover the extra clean-up associated with having a pet in the unit. If there is damage resulting from a pet you will be charged for the repairs or replacement in addition to the $200.00 fee mentioned above.

If you have a service animal, we welcome you and your service animal to Red Oak Resort. Please inform the front desk that you will have a service animal in the room for emergency purposes. At check-in, please confirm the service animal at the front desk.

Red Oak Resort has the right to ask you to remove your service animal from the premises if the animal is out of control and the vowner doesn’t take effective action, the animal is not housebroken, aggressive or destructive.

Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused by their service animal.
Service animals are to be with the owner at all times and to not be left in the room unattended.
Service animals must be leashed, harnessed or tethered unless these items interfere with the service animal’s work, or the individual’s disability prevents using these items. In those cases, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.

Children

All children must be accompanied by an adult after dark.
Parents and guardians are responsible for their children’s 
behavior and safety.
No bicycle riding after dark.

Smoke Free Policy

Red Oak Resort has a SMOKE FREE POLICY FOR ALL ACCOMMODATIONS AND PUBLIC BUILDINGS.
No Smoking is allowed within 10 ft. of the Accommodation Buildings.
Any violation will result in a $250.00 recovery fee to restore the room to a smoke-free condition.
Please dispose of all cigarette butts in the proper containers.

TRASH

There are trash dumpsters on site for your convenience.
Upon your departure, please place your trash in the dumpster located at the front of the resort near the storage area. Contain 
all trash in the proper trash bags before placing in the dumpster.
Please do not place trash bags on the ground outside of the dumpster.
There are several trash barrels located throughout the park for your convenience.
Please do not place mattresses, appliances, furniture or heavy items in or by the dumpsters.
All RV sites must be cleaned and maintained.
For directions to the dumpsters please contact the Main Office.

Swimming Policy

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Children under 12 years of age must be supervised at the lake or pool area.
POOL TIME IS 9:00 AM-10:00 PM.
Inflatables are allowed as long as they are not bothersome to other swimmers.
No running or horseplay in the pool or sitting on the rope.
No glass, food, or pets are allowed in the pool area.

Alcohol

Alcohol is permitted on the property, however, MINORS in possession of alcohol or illegal substances will be evicted & authorities will be notified.
ADULTS causing problems while intoxicated and/or in possession of illegal substances will be evicted.
Drunken behavior and excessive use of alcohol, or drinking & driving any type of motor vehicle will not be tolerated.

RV Septic

Please dispose of any feminine or paper products in the trash.
Please do not flush these items down any RV Site or bathhouse toilets as it adversely affects our plumbing.

RECREATIONAL VEHICLES

You must be 16 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Dirt bikes and go karts are not allowed in the park.
ALL ATVS & FOUR-WHEELERS ARE NOT ALLOWED AFTER 10 PM “QUIET TIME”.
Golf carts are allowed after quiet time if used in a respectful manner.
If violated, you will no longer be allowed to have any type of recreational vehicles on Red Oak Resort property and/or be evicted.

Boat Trailers & Vehicle Storage

No sea-doo, boats or trailers are allowed to be stored at any 
of the RV sites.
There is a $45.00 monthly fee and all items stored at the storage
area must be registered at the Main Office with the trailer & boat 
license numbers.
Unregistered stored items will be removed.
Please contact the Main Office for storage.
For nightly reservations, please let the main office know you 
will need storage for your stay.

Speed Limit

Please obey our 10 miles per hour speed limit.
PLEASE WATCH FOR CHILDREN.
No bicycle riding after dark.

Boat Docks

Please contact the Main Office for a nightly boat slip.
Any non-reserved boats will be removed.
No glass bottles are allowed on the boat docks.
Please take all trash bags to a dumpster location.

Bath Houses

Please keep all bath houses in clean condition.
If there are any problems found, please contact the Main Office immediately so all guests can enjoy the bath houses.

Fireworks

No fireworks, firecrackers, rockets, or any type of explosives are allowed on the resort grounds at any time.
Use or possession may result in eviction from Red Oak Resort property.

BBQ PIts & Fires

No BBQ grills are allowed on or under the accommodation buildings.
If using a BBQ grill, please keep it 5 ft. from all Red Oak Resort buildings.
Fires are allowed in fire pits or BBQ grills only.
NO FIRES ARE ALLOWED ON, IN, OR BY THE ACCOMMODATION BUILDINGS.

Quiet Time

Begins at 10:00 pm and ends at 7:00 am.
Loud or offensive noise, loud radios or disturbances, or ill-mannered conduct will not be tolerated at any time.
